(1) 100% of the room rate for one day will be charged as handling fee when cancellation is made on the arrival day or no show.
(2) 50% of the room rate for one day will be charged as handling fee when cancellation is made 3 days prior to the arrival day.
(3) 30% of the room rate for one day will be charged as handling fee when cancellation is made 7 days prior to the arrival day.
(4) Cancellation must be made no later than 10 days prior to arrival to avoid any charge. |
