【 信用卡授權書 / Credit Card Authorization Letter 】

本人因無法親自到達台北青年國際旅館 ( 台北青年國際股份有限公司 ) 刷卡結帳，特立此書，請在以下信用卡帳號收取保證金(一日房租)、預付或帳單款項。鑑於台北青年國際旅館同意上述之安排，本人同意不會取消此授權，並同意台北青年國際旅館可聯絡發卡銀行以下列信用卡所有人提供與核對此授權之資料。
I hereby agree to pay Y Hotel Taipei with my credit card issuing this letter of authorization. Please charge the following credit card account for the deposit (one night rental), advance payments or room bills. I agree not to revoke the above authorization and further agree to authorize Y Hotel Taipei to contact the credit card issuing bank as detailed below for the purpose or verifying the information contained in this letter.

*旅客如需更改訂房或取消訂房必需於入住前24小時通知 訂房部 更改或取消，否則台北青年國際旅館得收取一日房租。
*Cancellation will only be accepted in writing at least 24 hours advance notice. One night rental will be levied upon no show.
